Put down your phone, pick up some pine needles, and let's weave!
Artist Abeni Pierson will guide you through the meditative process of pine needle weaving. You'll learn coiling techniques, walk away with a basket, and the skills to keep going. All materials will be provided. No experience necessary.
This is a free community event geared towards east oakland residents.
